Contact Us

Your main point of contact at BRGS is the Development Office. The Development Office works hard to build and maintain relationships with alumni. We would be delighted to hear from you whether you would like to update your contact details, let us know about a new job or new additions to your family and various other milestones in your life. We are extremely interested to hear your news. If you would like to visit BRGS for a wander down memory lane then please do contact the Development Office who would be happy to take you on a tour of the school.

Alumni Register

You can contact other alumni and read all their news by adding your details to our Alumni Register. You will automatically receive e-mail updates of alumni news and BRGS publications such as our ‘Friends of BRGS’ newsletter. This is produced every term and features old school photographs, current news and future developments at BRGS. Currently, it is sent to over 6,000 friends of the school and our readership continues to expand.

"Lost Alumni"

Inevitably, over the years we have lost touch with some former students. If you have not been receiving our newsletters it may be because you feature on our ‘Lost Alumni’ list. Please do let us know if you are on this list or if you recognise friends who would like to get back in touch with BRGS.

Alumni Events

We run a programme of alumni events including reunions, London evening receptions, Golf Days and fundraising dinners.

>> Do you remember who was Head Boy/Girl when you were at school?

With your help, we hope to expand the number and variety of alumni events and are looking for representatives from different regions of the country who could work in partnership with the Development Office to arrange regional BRGS events. We would also like to arrange events to mark special anniversaries of your time at BRGS and would like a group of willing year group representatives who could help us to co-ordinate these events.

Fundraising

The Development Office is also responsible for fundraising. We are grateful for the generous support of many former students towards our Sports Hall Appeal. With the support of the school, alumni, parents, students, charitable trusts and companies, we reached our target of £1 million and the Sports Hall was opened in October 2005 by HRH The Earl of Wessex.

During the course of 2006/7, BRGS has a number of projects to improve the resources we offer to our students. Through the generosity of supporters, we hope to fund these projects from gifts to an Annual Fund.

If you are interested in learning more about our current fundraising initiatives and needs or would be interested in making a donation to BRGS then please visit the Development section of the website or contact Emma Gauntlett, Development Director.

Memorabilia

If you would like to buy any school memorabilia ranging from umbrellas to paperweights then please go to the Memorabilia section of the website.
