Cashless System All students in Years
7 to 11 cannot
use cash in the dining room. Money or cheques (made payable to
BRGS) can be sent into school in an envelope with your child's
name and form
Please can all cheques be given in to Mrs Connor by 11amin
order for them to be on the system for morning break and lunchtime. Any later than this may
mean students cannot get anything to eat at break or
lunchtime.
Cheques can also be posted to school marked for the attention of Mrs S.Connor.
Your child will receive a card with the money credited to their account.
If you wish your child to have a daily spending limit on their card, please
state this on the envelope.
Cards can also be topped up by using cash at the automatic machine situated
by the Sixth Form lockers near the Dining Room.

Parents,
you can now go online and access your child's dining account
to see what they have been eating and monitor what they are
spending.
If you wish to use this service you must first obtain a UPNS number for
your child. Please contact Mrs Connor on 01706 234503
or email shc@brgs.org.uk
or contact the General Office to obtain this number.
Once you have been given a UPNS
number, you can log into the ParentScope website to create your
