As part of BRGS's environmental work, some Year
11 students who currently meet in the school "Energy
Group" decided that one of their main
aims is to encourage lights to be switched
off at the end of lessons. To this end they
have produced stickers (shown above) which they are
fixing close to light switches in each of the classrooms.
In addition, each form has elected a "light monitor" who
hopefully will switch off the lights when not needed.
