On Friday the 14th of November, 24 Year 8 pupils spent a fascinating day at the famous Anfield ground in Liverpool. During the day the pupils learnt Spanish, took part in games and quizzes, with many pupils winning valuable prizes. All pupils were allowed to touch the European Cup which is proudly displayed in the club’s museum. An extra highlight was a tour of the ground, including a look into the dressing rooms of the home and away teams and culminating in sitting on Rafa’s seat and visiting the Kop. A great day was enjoyed by staff and pupils alike.
