The photo shows John Robinson, the Chairman of Hospital Radio Burnley, along with members of the BRGS Charities Committee and two of the station's presenters; Sally Jaxx and Mr. Edwards.

John and Sally visited BRGS on the 19th June to collect and thank the Charities Committee for raising £600 for the radio station that relies heavily upon voluntary contributions and fund raising events.
This money was raised last November during our Charity Fashion Shows.

John is also pictured with one of his passions, his Midget, which he will be using to raise funds in the early Autumn. He will be setting off with his co-driver, Bob Williams, on an 800 mile round trip via Inverness.

Sponsors have to guess how far he will travel on this journey before he breaks down and a prize will be awarded to the winning entry.
A successful journey without any breakdowns means that all the entries will be placed into a hat for one successful contributor to be pulled out!
