Nearly 40 former pupils who left BRGS over 60 years ago met up
at a reunion organised by fellow former classmate, Arnold Barcroft.
Former pupils travelled from all across the UK from as far
afield as Devon and the East Coast to recall their wartime
years at BRGS and to raise funds for the BRGS Sports Hall Appeal.
Over £750 was raised – a magnificent contribution
to our Appeal! Thank you to the class of 1943 and to Arnold
for the time and effort he put into organising such a splendid
day.
