Staff perform as Take That and the Spice Girls

At lunchtime on Friday, 28th April, 2006 we were treated to the staff performing as Take That and the Spice Girls.

The competition was between Take That, with the following four male teachers: Mr. Wilbraham, Mr. Hoyle, Mr. Whyte and Mr. Morris, the headmaster and the Spice Girls, with the following five female teachers: Miss Haslam, Miss Sagar, Miss Bartram, Miss Yau and Miss Hartley. The songs performed included: Take That's 'Back for Good' and 'The Spice Girls' sang 'Wannabe' and '2 become 1'.

The event was organised by Year 10 students as part of their coursework for their GCSE in citizenship. Money raised went to the NSPCC.
