Pastoral Care Each Sixth Former is placed in a tutor group of about twenty students in order that effective pastoral care can be provided. There is also a highly developed system of providing Careers and higher education guidance. A system of target setting is followed to ensure that each student reaches his or her potential. All participation in the life of the school is acknowledged by the production of high quality references for employment or university.
